My name is Melanie Tanner. I have been practicing Massage Therapy professionally for over 10 years. This path of the healing arts has been one of the most impactful and life changing decisions of my life. There are many levels of understanding our lessons in life. I began my massage career in 2010, and began a consistent yoga practice, and I have learned that these ancient practices of healing go hand in hand. They both have taught me to listen to what my body is telling me, and to do something about it so that I can give back to others. The continued growth that I understand is that with practice of mindfulness comes a sense of stillness to the mind and body. My purpose is to guide understanding of what mindfulness is by example through massage therapy, and with dedication and time will brighten this sense of inner stillness that is within each and every one of us.
